UV Purification/Disinfection
Ultraviolet water purification is a unique and rapid method of water disinfection without the use of heat or chemicals. Water World Int’l Ultraviolet water purifiers utilize germicidal ultraviolet lamps that produce short wave radiation lethal to bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms present in water. Through the years ultraviolet technology has become well established as a method of choice for effective and economical water disinfection.
All lamps used in units are low pressure type which affords the maximum efficiency in producing the required germicidal rays. In addition to the obvious advantages of high efficiency and low power requirements, there is no possibility of the unit overheating (as is the case with some other lamp types). Consequently, the need for additional equipment to combat overheating is eliminated.
With expertise of a Water World Int’l, you will receive economical solution that creates value for you while reducing your operating costs for reverse osmosis units.
This compact design system is ideal for Point-of-Use Filtration or RO pre or post sterilization. Designed for easy maintenance, the UV lamp can be changed without interrupting the water flow. Electronic ballast features constant output current over the entire operating range independent of voltage or frequency.
The Water World Int’l high flow commercial/industrial UV water purifier is designed for applications requiring a 99.99% reduction of bacteria and viruses. This process is accomplished without adding any potentially harmful chemicals to your drinking water. Starlight is the most ecological way of treating your water.

WWI UV lamps offer many advantages over other forms of drinking water treatment for microbiological contaminants. Most importantly, it does not introduce any chemicals to the drinking water, it produces no bi-products, and it does not alter the taste, pH, or other properties of the water.
Accordingly, in addition to producing safe drinking water, it is not harmful to your plumbing and septic system. Further, it is easy and cost-effective to install and maintain without any special training.
WWI UV lamps are considered as an excellent choice to eliminate biological contamination from most drinking water, whether your drinking water is from a municipal water system or untreated private system (well, lake water, etc.), Its sole purpose is to kill harmful biological contaminants.
