Cartridge Filter System
Filter concept make cartridge filter system offers wide range of flow capacities & contaminant holding capacities. Cartridge filter housing diameters can accommodate from 1 to 200 cartridges around. Cartridge filters are normally used as polishing filter in almost all process industries. Cartridge filter is constructed of filter housing, filter cartridges, tube sheet to mount cartridges, positive sealing arrangement for cartridge depending upon type of cartridge & choice of end connections.
WWI Housings filters elements are available in a 10, 20 , 30 or 40 inch length, UNI CAP style pleated filter elements. This series of housings is typically used for flow rates of 15, 20 and 25 up to 200 GPM for the 10, 20 and 30 and 40 inch cartridges respectively. The housings are constructed of a 316 stainless steel investment casting head and a 316L stainless steel bowl. One or two polypropylene couplers, to join 10%u2033 1000 style filters together, are included for 20 and 30 inch housings, respectively. Inlet/outlet connections are 1%u2033 NPT or 1%u2033 flange. The head and bowl of the housing are fastened with a quick opening stainless steel Tee handle V-band clamp. Head to bowl sealing is by standard 242 O-ring.

Operations:
Contaminated fluid enters the housing and is distributed evenly around the filter cartridges. Filtration takes place from outside to inside. Solids are collected on the outside of filter cartridges & clear filtrate collected at outlet.
Basket Filters & Strainers
Basket filters & strainers will permit the straining & filtering of a wide variety of fluids, to retain solids of almost any size. All baskets are easily removable & cleanable. Basket strainers elements can be offered in single cylinder, double cylinder, multi cylinder & pleated design depend upon requirement of application. They are constructed of filter housing, filter element supported with perforated cage, positive sealing arrangement to avoid any bypass & choice of end connections..
Operation:
Unfiltered liquid enters the basket housing and passes down through them. Solid are contained inside / outside of basket depend upon design and removed when the unit is serviced. They are available with insitu backwashing arrangement, where it does not required to remove baskets for cleaning, oftenly.
Duplex Basket Filter & Strainers :
Duplex basket filter & strainer permit continuous operation. Because flow can be switched back and forth between two filter sections. This allows one side to be serviced while the other is in use. Normally duplex basket filters are separated with three way ball valves between two basket filter housing.

Bag Vessel Assemblies
Bag vessel assembly keep your filter system on stream longer by reducing bag filter change time. The single large acme thread closure ensures quick opening and positive sealing. Light enough to be portable. The bag vessel's economical price allows you to install a preferred duplex system for totally uninterrupted flow rates. Made of light weight corrosion resistant. Polypropylene to give you all the strength you need without bulk. Fixed-head mounting, compact enough to attach to any machine.
Operation:
Unfiltered fluid enters the housing and is distributed evenly around the filter bags. Filtration takes place from inside to outside. Solids are collected on the inside of filter bag for easy removal. The filtered fluid then exits through the outlet pipe.
