The boat Series are commercial duty units which are commonly used in 24 hour/day, 7 day/week operation. These systems are designed to provide the best performance and longevity under the most rugged conditions.

The Boat /Ships systems are available in two styles: framed and modular. The framed unit is the most convenient to install: simply connect three hoses, run the power and you%u2019re in business. The modular system allows the user freedom to install components where space permits

 Features of The Boat /Ships RO System
 
• Corrosion resistant fiberglass ASME approved RO housings (*)

• Skid mounted on heavy duty carbon steel frame, sand blasted, primed and fuse powder coated for maximum corrosion resistance

• High pressure centrifugal pump with heavy duty industrial motor

• High quality and high rejection reverse osmosis membranes. Thin film composite (TFC)

• Sample RO membrane product water ports1

• System control electrical enclosure-NEMA 4 with indicator lights & selector switches

• Product water & reject water flow meters. These are panel mounted electric flow meters

• Stainless steel liquid filled low and high pressure gauges. 4 inches in diameter

• Inlet corrosion resistant automatic actuator valve

• Low inlet pressure & high pump pressure safety automatic cut-off switches

• Stainless steel high pressure regulator concentrate valve

• All components and sub-assemblies will be tagged accordingly

• All low pressure piping, valves and fittings will be inert, rigid polyvinylchloride schedule 80 and/or flexible polyethylene

• High pressure piping, valves and fitting will be stainless steel and/or Aeroquip flexible on Tap Pure HBW systems (**)

• Unique low voltage safety control and protection

• All components are high quality with FDA/NSF approval

• 3to 1 pressure safety factor

• The equipment is factory tested and sterilized prior to shipment

• One year warranty on RO plant. Three years prorated warranty on the R/O membranes
